Add to that the fact that he has a very constant bridle and you ride him effortlessly to high points at competition! He masters all the exercises for Z2-level and jumps a series very easily.

Lago Maggiore is a descendant of the great stallion Franziskus, who under Ingrid Klimke is a sensation time and again in international Grand Prix competitions. On the dam's side we find another Grand Prix stallion, namely Olivi, followed by Hemmingway, who generally passes on his good attitude and hardiness in breeding.
